Small Group Training
Up to 4 per group
Small-group training creates a tight, supportive community where everyone shows up, stays committed, and pushes each other. Each session focuses on strength training, conditioning, and mindset. Perfect for anyone who thrives with structure, support, and shared energy.

Hybrid/Online
You can choose a full 5-day online program or upgrade to the hybrid option, which includes one weekly in-person (or virtual) session with me. Both options are built around accountability, consistency, and commitment. Combining structured training with weekly check-ins to keep you progressing.
